Acceptable use policy

Effective 1 November 2026

Draft for legal review. This document will be finalised before Ayekoo launches. Highlighted items are still to be filled in.

Ayekoo holds sensitive information about real people. This policy applies to everyone who uses it, and is part of our terms of service.

Treat people's data with care

  • Only collect and record what your company has a lawful reason to hold, and only look at records you need for your work.
  • Don't download, export or share personal data outside the purposes your company has approved.
  • Don't try to work out who gave an anonymous survey answer or asked a policy help question.

Be decent on the feed

  • No harassment, threats, hate or discrimination, including on grounds protected by Ghana's Labour Act.
  • No sharing of anyone's private information without their permission.
  • No unlawful content, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.

Respect the service

  • Don't try to get into accounts, companies or data you haven't been given access to.
  • Don't upload malware, or scrape, overload or load-test Ayekoo without our written permission.
  • Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer Ayekoo, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Don't use the AI features to produce unlawful or discriminatory decisions. A person stays responsible.

Found a security problem?

Please tell us at security@ayekoo.app and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. Don't access other people's data while testing. We won't take action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

If this policy is broken

We may remove content, suspend a user or, in serious cases, suspend an account. We will tell the customer's admins and, where it is safe to, explain why.
